All sales transactions are subject to SigaTek LLC’s general terms and conditions as stated herein. No modification of any of these terms and conditions stated herein shall be binding upon the Seller unless accepted in writing by the Seller.
All orders are conducted through credit card approval and credit references.
Exports Applicable Law
The resultant orders shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and in accordance with the United States Export Administration Regulations. No modification of these regulations is allowed.
Resale and Export Regulations
The individual or the company that issues a purchase order or requests a quote has an obligation and responsibility to check the United States Export Administration Regulations website, and follow the regulations placed there. http://www.bis.doc.gov/complianceandenforcement/liststocheck.htm
Customer must agree to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the United States, and should not export or transfer products to any prohibited countries listed by the United States.
How to order
Orders will be completed using SigaTek’s commerce website.
A. First an account needs to be created in order to purchase through SigaTek.com.
Browse the website, decide what you would like to order, and then click the "Order" link which is on the rightmost column of the table. Enter the quantity necessary and then follow the directions towards the checkout.
B. Net 30 days for pre-approved customers.
Terms of payment
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
- A. These major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- B. C.O.D. domestic transactions only.
- C. Wire transfer: No fees from the Buyer’s bank will be deducted from the funds transfer to SigaTek’s account.
Domestic Orders

- B. Net 30 days is available for customers with approved credit.
- C. C.O.D. requested by customer.
International Orders
All payments must be in US Dollars.

- B. Prepaid wire transfer orders are executed by wiring the funds to SigaTek’s account. No fees from the Buyer’s bank will be deducted from the funds transfer to SigaTek’s account.
Warranty
SigaTek warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one full year (date of shipment to the date claim is reported to Sigatek). SigaTek’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts. All shipping costs will be paid by Buyer. SigaTek shall have no liability for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting form improper use, negligence or accident. Complete or partial disassembly of the components will void this warranty.
SigaTek’s Return Material Authorization Request (RMA)
For all parts requiring repair, regardless of warranty status, please contact SigaTek via email contact us for a Return Material Authorization, RMA number. Please indicate the part’s serial number, if any, date code and description of damage. Also, supply us with the necessary contact information in case buyer needs to be reached. Parts returned without an RMA number will not be accepted for repair.
Repair Cost
No charge will be made to the buyer for warranty repair items. When the repair is not covered by the warranty, SigaTek will provide an estimated cost for the repair. SigaTek will continue with the repair after a purchase order is issued to the buyer to cover the repair cost.
Shipping Charges
All domestic orders are shipped free using UPS Ground Transportation after customer’s acceptance. If customer chooses any other means of transportation, then customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Purchase Orders will not be accepted until funds have been received in full for wire transfer transactions. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipment & Taxes
All domestic sales, are F.O.B. Wayne, New Jersey, United States.
SigaTek collects sales tax for New Jersey customers ONLY. Other states sales taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.
