Flatpack Surface mount voltage controlled phase shifters 150-300 Mhz. Phase shift is monotonic and continuously variable 0 to more than 180 degree at center frequency with respect to control voltage 0 to +20Vdc. The control port has a modulation bandwidth of DC-100 KHz Typ.
