1. How can I communicate with SigaTek?
Communication with SigaTek is very easy. You can always call us at 973-706-8475 for any question you may have or you can e-mail us at contact us 24/7 and we shall respond to you within 24 hours.

2. How can I place an order?
You can use SigaTek eCommerce website to order your selected devices. We have put much effort to make the website friendly and easy to use, with a few clicks you can find the devices that will meet your application.

3. How can I see real time stock quantities?
You can view real time stock quantities from the website. Link to the page that you are interested. In the table that describes all parts there is a link at the right-side of the table "ORDER". Linking to this link a new page will open with many information about the device you selected. Under the picture of the device you can see how many pieces are in stock. Also you can see the prices for different quantities.

4. How can I search for products or part numbers?
You can search for a product using SigaTek's website. Just enter SigaTek part number in the search box and link to the arrow link which is next to the search box. If you have SigaTek's correct part number a new page will open with the product you had selected. Other option is to use advance search if you are looking for something more general. SigaTek website search engine will help you narrow your selection.

5. How can I track my purchase order?
When a purchase order is ready to be shipped, we e-mail the recipient the shipping company and method that was used and the tracking number of the package. Using this tracking number you can track the package using either UPS or FedEx websites depending which company was used.

6. How secure is SigaTek web side? 
SigaTek website is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. All Transactions done on SigaTek website are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

Identity, Authorization, and Domain Control Verified by GoDaddy.com service.

7. What payment methods SigaTek offers?

Domestic Orders
  • These major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Net 30 days is available for customers with approved credit.
International Orders

All payments must be in US Dollars.
  • These major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Prepaid wire transfer orders are executed by wiring the funds to SigaTek's account. No fees from the Buyer?s bank will be deducted from the funds transfer to SigaTek's account. If this option is chosen ask SigaTek for the information ( account number, swift-codes and routing number ) needed for such transaction.

9. What shipping methods SigaTek has Domestic and International?

Domestic orders
You have the choice to choose your own account for shipping by providing it when placing the purchase order or SigaTek will use it's own account and shipping cost will be added to the invoice.
United Parcel Service: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next-Day Air, etc.
FedEx: Ground, Economy, Next day, Priority, etc.

International orders

You have the choice to choose your own account for shipping by providing it when placing the purchase order or SigaTek will use it's own account and shipping cost will be added to the invoice.

FedEx: International priority, economy, etc.


10. What to do if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password SigaTek webside can send you a new one. Link to the MyAccount link which is on very top menu, blue bar. This page has a link for Forgotten Password. Link to this link and follow website directions and a new password will be sent to your e-mail.

11. How can I change my password?
To change your password link to MyAccount link which is on very top menu, blue bar. After you LogIn a page will open where you can find a link for Changing my account password. In this page you can also find the history related to your account.

12. How can I see my account history?
To view your account history you need to Login into your account. After you LogIn go to MyAccount link and in the new page you can see all the history related to your account.


13.Shipping and Returns.
All domestic sales, are F.O.B. Wayne, New Jersey, United States.
SigaTek collects sales tax for New Jersey customers ONLY. Other states sales taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.
For all parts requiring repair, regardless of warranty status, please contact SigaTek via email contact us for a Return Material Authorization, RMA number. Please indicate the part's serial number, if any, date code and description of damage. Also, supply us with the necessary contact information in case buyer needs to be reached. Parts returned without an RMA number will not be accepted for repair.

Repair Cost
No charge will be made to the buyer for warranty repair items. When the repair is not covered by the warranty, SigaTek will provide an estimated cost for the repair. SigaTek will continue with the repair after a purchase order is issued to the buyer to cover the repair cost. Shipping Charges All domestic orders are shipped free using UPS Ground Transportation after customer?s acceptance. If customer chooses any other means of transportation, then customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Purchase Orders will not be accepted until funds have been received in full for wire transfer transactions. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

14. Privacy Notice.
One of SigaTek's goals is to protect the privacy of our customer, according to the specified security measures. E-mail address and other personal information are well protected and are not shared with anybody.
Information collected by SigaTek's website are only identifiable information which will be used to supply you with future information of SigaTek's products and services.
SigaTek may use cookies to personalize or enhance your experience when you return to our website. A cookie is a small text file that computers use to store data. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. One of the primary purposes of cookies, is to save you time when you return to a website by recalling the information that you have already supplied in a previous visit.

All sales transactions are subject to SigaTek LLC's general terms and conditions as stated herein. No modification of any of these terms and conditions stated herein shall be binding upon the Seller unless accepted in writing by the Seller.

All orders are conducted through credit card approval and credit references.

Exports Applicable Law The resultant orders shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and in accordance with the United States Export Administration Regulations. No modification of these regulations is allowed.

Resale and Export Regulations

The individual or the company that issues a purchase order or requests a quote has an obligation and responsibility to check the United States Export Administration Regulations website, and follow the regulations placed there. conditions of use link

16. Exporters compliance.


Customer that export these devices must agree to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the United States, and should not export or transfer products to any prohibited countries listed by the United States.
