SQ13503A Hybrid 3 dB 90 degree 4.0-8.0 Ghz SMA

The SQ13503A is a small size 90 degree 3 db hybrid coupler that covers the frequency range of 4.0-8.0 Ghz. They are excellent for equally dividing an input signal into two signals with 90 degree phase difference between them or combining two signals to a common signal. Theoretical loss of these hybrids is 3 dB. These quadrature hybrids are optimized for good VSWR match, high isolation good amplitude and phase balance. Power handling is 50 watts CW.
